Delivery is free in all European Union countries with the exception of some European countries outside the single market;
Deliveries outside the European Union will be quickly bugeted case-by-case by our sales team;
Delivery costs doesn’t include clearance or duty fees.
To find out if your country has free shipping just fill the “Get Price” form that is shown on each product page. You will receive a quick reply from our sales team with all the necessary information.
Once your order is shipped:
You will be notified of the departure of your package by our sales team;
Our transport partners will call you in advance to schedule a proper hour at your convenience to proceed with the delivery;
For orders outside the E.U. there might be some paperwork and clearance costs involved;
The package will be delivered to the front door by our shipping partners. For bulky orders (e.g: sofas, dining tables, lounge chairs, desks, etc,...), please take the necessary measures or additional help to bring the boxes inside your home. If you need a white glove service just let us know, our shipping partners will deliver the goods inside your home, upacked them and take out the wrapping material once they leave;
In the event that there is no one to receive the parcel, the cost of the second delivery will be charged to the customer;
Damage: in the event of damage or reservations on delivery, you can;
Refuse the package and detail the reasons for the refusal on the delivery note presented by the driver and notifying us of your refusal at info@laengsel.dk;
Accept the package and detailing precisely your reservations on the delivery note presented by the driver. If the damage is minor, compensation may be offered;
Stating and detailing the reasons and reservations are essential to ensuring a refund of your order and to activate the insurance;
